ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Be at least 16 years of age & provide a copy of Georgia State issued ID & Social Security Card
- Pay a NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee
- Complete an Enrollment Agreement
tuition and payment
- Tuition starts at $2650.00* and includes: the cost of textbooks, scrubs, blood pressure monitoring kit, CPR & First Aid certification, TB screening, State Exam, Background Check, Drug Screening AND C.A.R.E.S. Dementia certification
- Payments for in-person courses are accepted in the form of cashier’s check, personal check, money order and/or debit & credit cards. Payment plans are also available!
- A fee of $40.00 or 10% of the amount (whichever is greater) will be charged for ANY returned checks or credit card reductions for any reason.
- A notice will be given to student regarding the returned item and they must submit payment in full within seven (7) business days or forfeit ALL financial payments & credits.
- Students must cancel their Enrollment Agreement in writing within 48 hours in order receive a refund with the exclusion of the NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee.
